KAYAK-A-THON 2010        BACK TO HOME

A special thanks to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation for being our biggest supporter the last 5 years now, enabling us to get this event off the ground and make it an annual happening.

Sponsors can expect high exposure through our post-event party, through our marketing of the event, and through activities during the event.

Commitment deadline is Monday March 15th due to our need to have your logos and names printed on marketing material, ready for banners, etc.

Besides the PR, marketing venues, and the exposure detailed in the sponsorship levels below, we will be putting out press releases to as many venues as we can and will set up special media coverage. We will be marketing the event to our constituency of about 1000 people through email and phone and have other charity clubs and organizations helping us get the word out too. We will have participation posters in various businesses throughout Downtown West Palm Beach. The beneficiary organizations will be marketing the event to their members and supporters as well.

Window posters will be distributed to marinas, sporting and fitness venues and shops, other local businesses, and potential sponsors. Areas of distribution include Jupiter to Boca Raton and some other areas of SE FL. We have included a sample of last year’s poster.

Starfish Sponsor: $3,000 (only 3 spots total available)

• You may set up a corporate tent at our after event celebration at Adventure Times Kayak Center.
• A 9’ x 12’ banner will be displayed during the entire event, both on land and water and at all of our associated events. You may keep this banner afterwards for future use. You may also provide your own if you prefer.
• Your corporate logo is displayed on our window poster and all other media that promotes the event.
• An invitation for 8 will be extended to attend our post event party and where there will be a special recognition of your company.
• You may display any items or brochures to promote your company at any of our events.
• Tax deduction in the amount of your contribution.

Sea Coral Sponsor: $500 (only 9 spots total available)

• Your corporate logo is displayed on our window poster and all other media that promotes the event.
• An invitation for 4 will be extended to attend our pre-event party where there will be a special thanks to your company.
• You may display any items or brochures to promote your company at any of our events.
• Tax deduction in the amount of your contribution.
